Frontage Apps is a trading name of Fortis Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. When you pay us or we charge you, the legal counterparty is Fortis Solutions Ltd.

There are two charges. They are separate.

• •£20, one-off. Paid when you start. This pays for our developers to design and build your first website from your form answers.
• •£50 a month. Starts on the day you approve your site. Covers hosting, security, daily checks, backups, lead forwarding from your contact form, and email support.

There is no free trial. The £50 charge fires the day you click Approve. We use the same card you paid the £20 with — Stripe handles that securely, we never see the card number.

Your £20 includes one round of revisions before you approve. You can ask for as many specific changes as you like inside that one round — please be detailed in your notes.

If one round isn't enough, you can buy two more rounds for £10 from the preview page. You can buy as many ten-pound add-ons as you want before approval.

We will never publish your site without your explicit YES.

Cancellation is a written request, not a one-click button — designed that way so we can confirm it's really you and sort anything outstanding before the next billing date.

To cancel:

• •Email help@frontageapps.co.uk from the email address you signed up with.
• •Include your business name and the URL of your live site so we can match the request to the right account.
• •We'll reply within one working day confirming receipt and the date your hosting ends. Your cancellation is only effective once we've confirmed.

Your site stays online until the end of the month you've already paid for. After that, the site comes off being live. We don't pro-rate the unused part of the month — that's our standard for everyone.

You can re-subscribe later. We keep your design for 90 days after cancellation so coming back is straightforward.

For small changes, you can buy add-on revisions for £10. For bigger pieces of work (a new section, new photos, redesign), email us and we'll quote you for the work before doing it. You confirm by reply, then we get it done.

Every site comes with a free address ending in .frontageapps.co.uk. If you bought your own .co.uk or .com through us, you own it — we're only the technical setup. If you bring your own domain, we never touch ownership. You can move your domain to another provider any time.

Every time a visitor fills in the contact form on your site, you get an email straight to the address you gave us. The enquiry is yours. We don't hold onto it or do anything with it beyond forwarding it to you.

We aim to send your first draft within one working day of receiving your form. We don't make hour-specific promises (life happens). If a draft is taking longer than that, we'll email you to let you know.

Once you approve, your site goes live the same day.

If you change your mind before we've sent your first draft, email us — we'll refund your £20 in full.

Once we've built your draft, the £20 has paid for our developer's time and isn't refundable. You aren't obliged to approve the site, though — if you decide not to publish, no £50/month charge is ever taken.

We only put on your site what you tell us. No fake reviews. No invented accreditations. If you say in your form that you're Gas Safe registered, we'll show it; if you don't, we won't. This protects you legally and us reputationally.

• •Take payment from your customers on your site.
• •Build complex booking calendars, online shops, or member-only areas. (For salons we can link to Treatwell / Fresha / Booksy.)
• •Search-engine-optimise your site beyond the basics. We make sure it shows up properly and loads fast — beyond that, SEO is its own job.
• •Guarantee a position on Google. Nobody honestly can.

We do our best to keep your site online and your data safe. In the unlikely event of an outage, missed lead enquiry, or technical mistake on our side, our maximum financial liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We'd rather sort things by email than in court. If something goes wrong, please email us first and give us a chance to make it right. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

If we materially change anything that affects what you pay or what you get, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel any time during that 30 days at no charge.
